Black Heating Cement

Vulcanizing solution which prevents carcass oxidation and provides adhesion when heat and pressure are applied.

Used for precured rubber application, patch lamination with high or low temperature cushion gum and filling of buffed skive surfaces with exposed fabric with skive filling compound in mould, autoclave or section repair heat cure processes.

Cement formulated for the application of radial and bias patches TG TLC/CC, TGC/CC, TG TLC/CC OTR, TGC/CC OTR.

Minimum curing temperature: 100ºC.
